These Terms and Conditions govern your use of casesocute.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from Cases O Cute ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or be using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Products, descriptions and pricing
- We sell mobile phone cases and related accessories. Each product is listed against specific device models. It is your responsibility to select the correct device model at checkout, as cases are model-specific and cannot be exchanged for a change of model.
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- We take care to display product colours and finishes accurately, but the appearance on your screen may vary slightly from the physical item due to photography, lighting and display settings. Minor variation of this kind is not a defect.
- We may change prices, withdraw products, or correct errors in pricing or description at any time before your order is accepted.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — where the item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or listing error, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
Payment
- Orders on this Website are prepaid. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.
- Payments are handled by third-party payment gateways. We do not collect, see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials at any point.
- If a payment fails or is reversed after dispatch, we reserve the right to recover the amount or withhold further service.
Shipping and delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 working hours of receiving them. Delivery timelines quoted anywhere on the Website are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, regional restrictions or other events outside our reasonable control. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct; we are not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address supplied by you.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including the Cases O Cute name and logo, product photography, text, graphics and page design — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected under Indian copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or to infringe the rights of any other person.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kasaragod, Kerala.
